Jamie's operates out of Tofino and Ucluelet on the West coast
of Vancouver Island. They are just a three hour drive from Nanaimo.
Jamie's Whaling Station is the pioneer Whale Watching, Bear
Watching and Hot Springs Adventure Company operating since 1982
in Tofino BC and in Ucluelet BC since 2000.

Aquatic Centre
A good way to survive the wet season in Nanaimo is to hang out
at the Aquatic Centre on the corner of Third St and Wakesiah
Ave. The center has a gym and a skookum pool, with a children's
water playground, a river, waves, and waterslides. There are
also a steamroom, sauna, hottub, and an Olympic size pool.
